August Meal Plan: Week 4

With easy meals for each meal of the day, including snacks and lunches, this meal plan is designed to help you make quicker work out of feeding your family. I use my meal plans as a place to start with planning and shopping. Some weeks I use it exactly as written, others I remove a few things to plan to make less homemade foods and rely on other no-cook options.

It’s super flexible so use it how it works best for you and your family.

I am particularly looking forward to the Rice Noodle Salad (shown above and it’s no-cook, too!), Mini Blueberry Muffins, and Slow Cooker Burritos.
