August Meal Plan: Week 3
Find easy meals for each meal of the day with this family-friendly meal plan. There are ideas for each meal of the day, including snacks and desserts, to get you started. My goal is that having a starting point allows you to reduce your own mental load—and then you can remove recipes, adjust serving sizes, and edit a grocery list to help you at the store.
In this week’s meal plan, you’ll find make-ahead breakfast ideas like Overnight Oats and Baked Oatmeal (with zucchini since it’s likely very available right now!). And to make sure you don’t waste any ingredients, I did my best to use similar ones throughout the recipes.
